IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Unfavorable Shooting Conditions

Shooting may be rescheduled or canceled in the following cases:

• Bad weather — rain, strong winds, thunderstorms, or extreme heat may affect the quality of shooting and equipment safety.
• Low lighting — if a project requires natural light, but weather conditions do not provide it, shooting may be postponed.
• Noisy environment — for interviews or spoken videos, strong wind or background noise may degrade sound quality. In such cases, additional microphones or a change of location are recommended.

Legal & Location Restrictions

• Shooting in private venues (restaurants, hotels, private properties, government buildings) is only possible with the owner’s permission. The client must arrange location access in advance.
• In some areas, drone filming is prohibited (e.g., near airports, government institutions). If a drone is required, confirm its usage in advance.

Technical Limitations

• Shooting is done using professional cameras with various lenses. If a project requires specific equipment (stabilizers, additional lighting, motion effects), it must be discussed in advance and may affect the price.
• Shooting time depends on scene complexity and the number of takes. If a client needs more variations, additional time must be allocated.
• For high-quality audio recording, a lavalier or wireless microphone is used. If a client refuses to use a microphone, they take full responsibility for the sound quality.

Prepayment & Booking Conditions

• A prepayment of at least 30% is required to reserve the shooting date. Without prepayment, the date remains open for other clients.
• If a client cancels the shoot less than 48 hours in advance, the prepayment is non-refundable.
• In case of force majeure (e.g., illness or concept changes), the shoot can be rescheduled once without an additional fee.
• The final payment is made on the day of the shoot. Video editing starts only after full payment.

Editing & Post-Processing

• Basic color correction is included in the price, but deep color grading and cinematic styling are charged separately.

Additional services:

Subtitles, voice-over, animation, and special effects — calculated individually.
Royalty-free music (if the client requires music for the video) starts from 30 EUR.
Additional editing or reshooting is not included in the base cost. If the client requests changes after the concept has been approved, additional charges may apply.

Delivery of Final Material

• The final video is provided in MP4 format (Full HD or 4K), either in vertical or horizontal orientation, depending on the platform (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
• Editing time depends on project complexity. The standard delivery time is 5-14 days. Rush editing is available for an additional fee.
• Requested revisions (such as frame replacement, color grading, or editing changes) are discussed separately. If revisions go beyond the initial agreement, extra costs may apply.

IMPORTANT

Everything that is not included in standard packages must be discussed in advance and will be treated as an additional service. This ensures transparency and a smooth workflow for both parties.
